A relatively new customer to our business, an introduction facilitated by a very strong referral, is an internationally based pharmaceutical organisation that has been growing rapidly over recent years. All of its customers are based outside of its ‘home’ country and its direct supply chain is also almost exclusively internationally located. Strategically, the business wishes to maintain its impressive growth curve and leverage its technological and scientific expertise to fully exploit existing and future global opportunities.

Crucial to realising its ambition is ensuring that it attracts and recruits the right people, people that can bring their international experience and mindset to the organisation and enrich the capability of the business
