The Task
In February 2022, NET Recruit were approached by Ernest & Young to tender for a multi-functional and multi-location recruitment campaign to support Cash Access UK.
The exciting project was to support Cash Access UK in recruiting a team to establish shared Banking Hubs across the UK. Cash Access UK is a not-for-profit company funded by 10 banks and building societies to protect cash access in UK communities. Banking providers supporting the cause include Bank of Ireland UK, Barclays Bank UK PLC, Danske Bank, HSBC UK Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society, NatWest Group plc, Santander UK plc, TSB Bank plc and Virgin Money. Through the shared Banking Hubs, Cash Access UK provides access to everyday cash transactions at the counter, as well as access to Community Bankers who can help with more complex banking tasks.
The Project played to our strengths of delivering multi-functional talent across a variety of levels and locations and we were delighted to be selected by Ernst & Young. The project covered the recruitment of a variety of roles based across the UK spanning HR, Finance, Project Management and Delivery Support.
Our Approach & Result
Utilising a search & advertising campaign, we successfully completed the first phase of the project and were delighted to receive this testimonial from Cat Farrow, Chief Operating Officer of Cash Access UK.
