For 7 years, and counting, we have supported an industrial manufacturing organisation as its exclusive recruitment partner within its mid to senior recruitment across Europe, Middle East and Africa. During this period, we have facilitated the hiring of over 70 people into the business - ranging from Plant Managers to Sales Directors and from HR Directors to Financial Controllers. The hiring needs through this period have been driven by a number of exciting factors including growth; innovation; change and change management and acquisition.
