The Task
Due to a legally sensitive situation in Italy, our client needed to make sweeping changes to its management and sales personnel. Effectively the local management needed to be removed and replaced quickly and sensitively to ensure business continuity and to rebuild trust in the business.
Our Approach & Result
Given the situation, which was public knowledge, the challenge was not only finding the right people with the correct balance of skills and experience but to get them excited in the opportunity. NET Recruit, having been engaged by the business on many challenging roles around the world, had built a deep knowledge of the organisation, its mission, its people and its strategy. This knowledge was key to engaging prospective candidates and overcoming the potential negative perception caused by local events and NET Recruit successfully replaced the Managing Director and two Sales Managers.
